I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The staff's attentiveness and warm hospitality added to the overall wonderful experience. While the dining was fantastic, I never found any aspect that truly fell short during my stay.

I had an okay experience at the Tri-Star. The rooms could use a good clean and update, and it was a bit noisy being next to the runway. However, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good, even if the options were a bit limited. Overall, it's not a bad place if you’re just looking for a budget stay, but I might explore other options next time.

My room, while comfortable, was showing signs of age and cleanliness could be improved. The location is convenient for those traveling to the NEC or the airport, which is a plus. However, I felt that the breakfast options were somewhat limited and I did experience some noise from the outside.
